Rules

Share weeks run Thursday Noon through Thursday Noon.

Please note, there are no official house rules other than those stipulated by the property owner / lease agreement. Please continue to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Each share holder has an equal say in how the house conducted each week.

Per the lease agreement there is to be no smoking in the house.

If any property on the premises is damaged by the share holder, the share holder agrees to replace it or pay the owner the current value of the property. Reimbursement to be determined by the property holder.

Please ensure all windows and doors are closed when you leave the house.

Pets are allowed in the house. The pet owner assumes all liability for any pet related costs or consequences.

Property Owner Lease Holders are not responsible for lost or stolen property. The house has not had any issues with thefts to date however please keep your valuable in your possession or bedroom when you are out of the house.

Utilities, professional cleaning, BBQ grill gas and pool & spa maintenance are NOT included in the share price but the costs be adjusted at the end of the share period. We make every effort to anticipate costs accordingly. You can help keep utility costs down by turning off unused lights/stereos/grill gas etc.

Food: All food/beverages in the house are shared unless specifically noted.

Receipts are collected and the total cost is divided amongst the people staying in the house that week. If you need to leave early please estimate your food costs and leave your money with the receipts or another share holder.

Maid service will be billed weekly to Housemates, more detail info will come as we get specifics. You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself daily, again we all share the house and should all respect shared space.

Laundry: Info TBD

Bathrooms are shared. If your bedroom has a bathroom attached please be accommodating to other that may need to use it. Bedroom choice is first come first served and cannot be reserved in advance. Couples usually default to the bedroom with the double bed.

Guests: Only 2 guests are allowed in the house any given night (No exceptions). Guests are not allowed to stay overnight in the house without the share holder. Guests may only stay over night in your room, and your roommate must accept this arrangement prior to the stay. All guest stays must be approved by and coordinated with the rest of the share holders of that week and the lease holders before share week begins. Guests will be charged a fee of $50 per guest per weekend night and $20 per weekday night plus food. Guest fees are the responsibility of the share holder and are DUE UPON ARRIVAL. This extra money will be used to pay for utilities and other household needs.
